At Azuro Republic, we strive for perfection in every piece of jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the jewelry in its original Azuro Republic box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the mailing parcel.
Quality Review & Refund
Our artisans will inspect the returned item for quality assurance, and upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
